What this covers
This page covers codentra.tech, the website. It does not cover the systems we build and run for a customer. In those the customer is the data controller and their own policy applies, and our obligations are set out in the agreement between us.
What we collect
One thing: the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address, a company name if you want to give one, and your message. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you, and there is no account to create.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to carry the conversation on if it turns into a project. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Resend, an email service acting on our instructions, so your message passes through their systems on the way to us. After that, only the two of us read it. Fonts are compiled into the site when it is built and served from our own domain; no request goes to Google while you browse.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful and are deleted when it stops being useful. Ask and we will remove yours sooner.
Cookies
One, and only if you switch language: a preference that remembers whether you chose English or Arabic. There is no advertising, no tracking and no analytics on this site. If we ever enable analytics, this page changes the same day.
Your rights
Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to us and we will answer.
Asking us anything
Write to info@codentra.net and one of the founders will reply.
